ANNOUNCES A PUBLIC HEARING

The purpose of this hearing is to obtain input from the village residents in reference to the Housing Authority’s Five-Year / Annual Agency Administrative Plan to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Developments for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025.

The Village of Spring Valley Sectio 8 Program operates and manages a Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. Program participants and village residents are encouraged to attend this hearing. A copy of the Five-Year / Annual Agency Plan will be available for review prior to public hearing during the period 1/31/25 to 3/18/25 from 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday – Friday (except holidays) at the address below. Persons may submit written comments prior to the public hearing to:
